High Protein Low Calorie Omelette

The perfect breakfast, lunch or post workout meal for gym-goers on a strict diet. This delicious omelette has only 255 calories, 12.6g of fat, 3.2g of carbs and a massive 30.2g of protein.


  • Egg whites – 4
  • Egg – 1
  • Light cheddar – 30g
  • Tomato – 1/2 sliced
  • Mushrooms – 50g
  • Pepper to taste
  • Mixed herbs


Firstly, crack 1 egg and 4 egg whites into a jug and mix. Slice your tomato, mushrooms and grate your cheese.

Oil your pan with fry light 1 calorie spray and cook on a medium heat for around 30 seconds.

Add eggs to the pan, followed immediately by tomato and mushrooms. Cook for several minutes then sprinkle the cheese over your omelette.

Top with pepper, mixed herbs and cook until the omelette is golden brown underneath and the cheese has melted.
