Save your money and make this cost effective, chicken, mozzarella, spinach and tomato pizza in only 25 minutes.
- Napolina large pizza base – 1 base = 150g
- Napolina tomato and basil pizza topping – 150g
- Ready to eat mango, lime and coconut chicken – 100g
- Half fat Italian mozzarella cheese – 70g
- Fresh leaf spinach – 25g
- Baby plum tomatoes – 80g
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp = 15g
Remove pizza base from packaging and spread pizza topping.
Sprinkle half of the spinach over topping, followed by mozzarella, tomatoes and chicken.
Drizzle olive oil over the pizza and place it in your pre-heated oven and cook for 10 minutes.
Take it out, add the rest of the spinach and cook for for a further 2-5 minutes, depending on how you like to eat yours.
