- Chicken Italia Chipolatas – 2
- Unsmoked skinny bacon medallions – 3
- Poached egg – 1
- Egg white – 1
- Sweet potato – 150g
- Baked beans – 100g
- Large tomato – 1
- Mushrooms – 80g
- Cornflour – 5g
- Paprika – 1 tsp
- 1 calorie per spray oil
- Mixed herbs
prepare your sweet potato hash browns first, as these take the longest to cook. Peel potato and grate. Squeeze all the juice from the grated potato and place into a large mixing bowl.
Add egg white, cornflour, paprika and mix thoroughly. You will be able to make two decent sized hash browns.
Shape them and place onto a baking tray, spray with oil and put them into a pre-heated oven.
Chop your mushrooms, prepare sausages and slice tomato. Spray the lot with oil and top with mixed herbs before adding to the oven 10 minutes after your hash browns.
After they have been cooking for 15 minutes, flip your hash browns and spray again with oil.
Five minutes later, spray your bacon with oil and place under the grill, turning after five minutes.
25 minutes into cooking your hash browns, bring some water to the boil in a pan and poach your egg, then microwave or boil your beans.
Check hash browns are crispy, sausages, bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes are all cooked and serve.
